## Narrative

Employee was replacing waterline on 8S#1 belt when EE released come-a-long EE felt pop in right wrist.  This injury did not become reportable until EE sought medical treatment on 7-31-18. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency was not a factor.
