The employee was trying to tighten up the already hung miner cable and waterline when the waterline burst hitting the employee on the head. The employee sought medical treatment and diagnosed with a strained neck and shoulder. The employee sought medical treatment again on 8/6/2018 and was taken off work this incident is being reported as a lost time injury.
