## Narrative

Employee had a liner plate rigged up using a chainfall and a cable choke. Employee stood liner up & tried to push it over into place. The chainfall restricted movement of the plate so employee removed the rigging & began moving it into place. As employee was sliding it over it began to fall & it hit a sleever bar which cut the inner part of employee's right thigh.
