3 employee's were cleaning up around the waterpump area, moving a frame. Loader operator leaned out of the machine to tell 2nd EE & injured employee to chain the frame to the loader bucket. Loader operator heard injured employee yelling ""pick it up"", ""pick it up"". Loader operator lifted the bucket and injured employee fell to the ground holding their foot.
