## Narrative

While an employee was loading a shuttle car on #4 unit, entry 4L xc 19, a rock being loaded out of the tail of the miner onto the shuttle car slid out of the car and struck the employee in the back of the right knee.  The employee continued working until August 3rd. EE started missing work on August 6th when an MRI revealed a tear in the ACL.
