## Narrative

An employee was pulling on a wrench trying to break loose a fitting when the employee felt pain in left wrist. The employee decided to change positions and try pushing the wrench rather than pulling it. Employee started to feel a sharp pain in wrist when employee started to bear down on the wrench as it was loosening.
