## Narrative

EE was removing nuts from the secondary crusher frame with a 1"" pneumatic impact wrench. When the nut broke free the rotational force of the pneumatic wrench spun the nut up the threads pinning EE's right index finger between the handle on the impact wrench and the overhang of the crusher frame. EE received 7 sutures to the outside of the right index finger.
