Narrative

Employee was dragging rock dust hose in the return at 3-12xc. While dragging hose EE felt sharp pain in lower back. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs,PPE,mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
