Narrative

Employee was carrying a top belt roller up a ladder to replace a bad top roller, when they felt a ""pop"" in the lower back. Complained of tightness and tingling in the lower back. The employee continued to work until 8/13/18 when they began missing work due to this injury. The employee did not violate any rules or regulations and has proper training and experience.
