Narrative

As the employee was hanging a piece of curtain on unit #4, entry 9, xc 27-28, a small rock measuring approximately 4"" x 6"" x 1/8"" thick, fell from the mine roof in between a section of hog panel and T-3 channel, striking the employee in the mouth causing a small laceration. (4) sutures were required to close the wound.
