Narrative

EE was walking back to EE's car after helping the miner move. EE saw a rock on the ground in EE's travelway and moved it out of the way. After EE moved the rock out of the road, another small piece fell from the same area and hit EE on the left foot. This resulted in a fracture of the left middle toe.
