## Narrative

A coal hauler operator and the miner operator were standing on the intake side of a line curtain, hanging miner cable in entry # 7. As they were in the process of hanging the cable a rock fell out behind striking both employees on the back of their legs.  Coal Hauler operator was transported to medical facility and suffered a fracture to second toe on left foot.
