## Narrative

Employee was backing the continuous miner when the cutter head of the miner contacted the coal rib on the right side causing the corner to become loose. Employee was unaware of this and went to the cutter head to move the miner cable over. The corner of the rib came out and struck employee's right ankle resulting in a fracture of the tibia and fibula.
