## Narrative

EE was doing some grinding of paint. EE wiped eye brow with the back of hand and felt something go into eye.  EE's eye became irritated, EE was taken to the clinic to have eye flushed. The next day EE was back at the clinic and a piece of paint chip was found embedded into eye. The chip was removed.
