Injured Employee was using a vacuum hose to vacuum up waste cement dust. As they were vacuuming, debris became lodged in the vacuum hose causing the hose to ""kick back"" causing the Employee to lose control of the wooden handle used to control the vacuum hose. The wooden handle struck the Employee in the left side partially rupturing the spleen.
