## Narrative

Employee was in the process of washing a shield hauler with a 1 1/2"" fire hose and nozzle. In the process of spraying the hauler, the hose busted just below the nozzle causing the hose and nozzle to fly back rapidly striking the employee in the face causing lacerations and fractures.
