Removing an injector bank the employee was using a grinder to remove a bracket. Supporting the injector bank with EE's opposite hand the bracket was cut loose, the injector bank began to fall, the employee moved EE's arm away from the falling injector bank and was struck by a sharp edge as it fell hitting EE's right forearm causing a laceration. The employee received 4 stitches.
