EE filed a workers' comp claim for possible carpal tunnel on 04/23/18. Claim denied pending a medical investigation. Medical reporting received on 08/28/18 by comp carrier, carrier confirmed that the claim will be accepted on 09/15/18, making this reportable for a diagnosed and confirmed cumulative trauma.
