## Narrative

On April 17, 2018, employee utilized a sledge hammer to drive out pins on drill side frame.  On May 2, 2018, the employee reported pain in left shoulder.  On May 11, 2018, the incident review attributed the shoulder pain to the repetitive motion of repeatedly swinging (~75 times) the 8lb sledge hammer.
