Employee was trying to insert bolt in feeder in the 6W section when hinge point shifted shearing off bolt and striking employee in right leg resulting in a contusion and laceration. Cause of injury was awareness. Compliance with rules/regs,PPE,mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor
