## Narrative

The excavator was being moved across the floor of the quarry with the windshield open when the windshield came unlatched and came down pinching operators hand in between the hand controls and the windshield frame. EE was taken to the hospital to get x-rays and receive stitches. The x-rays showed no fracture and ee received 4 stitches.
