## Narrative

As the bolter was being moved around the corner the ATRS pad flipped up. IE used the palm of left hand to flip the ATRS pad into the normal position. While they flipped the pad a rock fell out of the roof between the hog panel and the rib, striking them on the middle, ring and little fingers causing fractures to the tip & avulsions to ring and little fingers.
