Narrative

EE reported hitting the headliner of a pickup truck with hardhat causing pain in neck and back. Employee was front seat passenger when the pickup made contact with the end portion of a dirt berm located along tie down area. Employee was assessed by on-site medical responders, and then brought to hospital for further evaluation where medical treatment was provided.
