## Narrative

The employee was carrying a box of SCSR's around a scoop in the LOC of the longwall section. The employee tripped and fell down while employee's hand was still in the handle of the SCSR box. The employee fractured the middle and ring fingers on right hand, and also sustained lacerations on those fingers. The employee was wearing all the appropriate PPE.
