## Narrative

Employee was part of a crew advancing the belt in the 6 Mains West section.  Employee was re-hooking a wire rope to a scoop to pull the belt onto the structure when the wire rope inadvertently tightened when the belt grabs slipped pinching the EE's right pinky finger causing an open fracture and laceration to the finger.
