## Narrative

Employee was hanging a de-energized trailing cable for jumbo power when the Benita clip used to hang the cable slipped thru EE's hand due to wet gloves and punctured EE's left hand between the index and middle finger causing a small puncture wound. Seen by site medic, referred to ER, sutures required, no days lost making this a medical reportable.
