Narrative

Employee was using the boom of a service truck to place a piece of sheet metal. As employee positioned the metal to be placed back into a storage rack. Employee reached over with one hand to move the metal and felt a ""pop at the left bicep. The employee continued to work at full duty till Oct 3, 2018 when employee was placed of work for scheduled surgery
