Narrative

Employee tried to pick up the return idler (approx. weight was 135) from a pallet on the second tower and felt how heavy it was when they set it back down that is when they felt the pain. EE then had another employee help with a rope to assist to carry it up the two flights of stairs. They set it down on the upper deck. When EE tried to move arm they felt more pain.
