Narrative

Employee stated they got off the bolter to attach curtain together where it overlapped, when a rib roll 35""L X 20""W X 13"" thick rolled out and struck employee's right ankle. This caused the employee to fall forward and injure their right knee. Employee was placed off work under doctors orders.
