Narrative

3 employees were tasked with fusing 18"" HDPE pipe to re-route a main water line. The injured employee was positioned at the pipe fuser. While the skidsteer was lowering the pipe onto the stand; the pipe got caught on the bottom clamp. The injured employee attempted to line the 2 pipes up; the pipe shifted causing the employee's hand to get crushed and pinched between the 2 pipes.
