## Narrative

EE was pulling excess curtain from the mine floor to advance curtain on bolt cycle in the face.  A rock measuring approximately six inches wide by seven inches long by three inches thick dislodged from the mine roof and struck ee on left shoulder.  EE finished shift but went to the emergency room later in the evening with complaints of shoulder pain.
