## Narrative

EE and another ee were using a ""big gun"" to hydroblast scale from the walls at the # neutralization tank in the Barrick Roaster. The big gun was unsecured when pressure was introduced to the system. EE was pushed down onto the grating ee was standing on by the force of the big gun moving away from the railing.
