## Narrative

The employee was in the process of cutting off a corner in the #6 entry on #1 unit. As they sheared down, a small flat rock, that was resting on the boom of the miner, slid off the miner and struck them in the left foot. X-rays revealed a small fracture in the 2nd toe on the left foot. EE is expected to make a full recovery without any surgery being required.
