## Narrative

The injured employee grabbed a piece of metal liner that was lying in the deadbed.  Pulling it from the deadbed, the metal piece slid out of employee's  right hand and cut through the employee's leather welding gloves resulting in the laceration. The liner weighed between 18 and 20 lbs and had a razor sharp edge on the one end of the liner
