EE was a passenger in a golf cart while traveling underground. As the golf cart traveled under an overcast, it started up a grade outby the overcast, and collided with a ram car (dust hauler) that was traveling through a ventilation curtain. Injured EE struck right leg against something on the golf cart causing a partial fracture to the tibia, just below the knee.
