## Narrative

Employee was using a hand held grinder to cut a piece of water pipe. The grinder kicked back and the employees hand struck against a sharp piece of metal cutting their hand. Employee received 6 sutures as a result of the injury. Employee has proper training and was wearing PPE and didn't violate any regulations.
