## Narrative

IE stepped in a rut while roof bolting.  IE felt pain/warmth after incident.  IE was treated at ER and released.  IE was treated at OISI on 9/25/18 and released.  An MRI was performed on 10/12/18 and revealed a tear of medial meniscus.  IE followed up OISO on 10/22/18 at which time a non-weight bearing restriction was applied becoming lost time.
