Narrative

A co-worker was replacing an exacto knife blade. The knife casing became stuck in co-worker's glove. The EE grabbed the knife case to remove it from the co-worker's glove. At the same time the co-worker pulled away and cut the EE's palm. EE received 5 sutures.
