Narrative

EE was tasks to dig out 9-1A screw. When digging out EE was using a shovel. On the backstroke EE hit the I-beam with EE's hand and the shovel. EE heard and felt a crackle in EE's hand. The EE sustained a fracture to EE's thumb.
