Narrative

Employee #1 and employee #2 were installing a (non-pressurized) new high pressure shield hose. Employee #1 had ahold of the end going into the shield block and loosened grip for employee #2 to push the hose in. The hose came out of the block and hit employee #1 in the face, causing a laceration.
