Narrative

Employee was working on a manlift crimping wire compression lugs with a battery operated crimper, tool slipped employee reached for it accidentally pressing the trigger with EE's left hand and getting EE's RT index finger caught in between causing a 1"" laceration to the inside of EE's RT index finger.
