## Narrative

Injured employee was cleaning on the 5th floor of the Preparation Plant. EE started pushing a cart loaded with pieces of metal when EE felt a ""pop"" in the left side of the abdomen. EE was diagnosed with a left inguinal hernia on 11-16-18. EE didn't violate any rules or regulations and wearing required PPE and is properly trained.
