## Narrative

There was a buildup of frozen sand on the rail car door that two employees had to remove in order to properly close the door. After the material was removed, an employee inserted a spud bar into place on the car door and began to pull the bar towards self with a staggered stance. While pulling the spud bar back, the employee felt sharp pain around ankle.
