## Narrative

A fully trained miner was operating a trail motor when the supplies being pulled came into contact with the 4"" air line. The line was pulled down and struck the trail motor and the employee causing a laceration to EE's left cheek. The accident was not the result of any compliance issues nor were any protective guards involved.
