Narrative

On 11/3/18 employee stepped up onto a wood deck and felt a pop in the right knee. Was seen by site medic and ER - was issued a full release at that time. On 11/20/18 employee went back to the doctor as EE stated the knee was still bothering EE at which time restrictions were issued making it reportable.
