## Narrative

EE was repositioning drill station of the twin head roof bolter. EE swung the drill station ee had gloved right hand resting on the hand hold on the underside of the operators canopy.  Canopy came in contact with a roof bolt plate that was not flat against the roof due to uneven roof and the plate cut the 3rd finger of right hand requiring 3 sutures to close the laceration.
