## Narrative

Employee was in a laydown yard, tripped over uneven ground, and hit ribcage on a rock. EE saw PCP, who didn't have X-rays done, but took employee off work. Employee requested 2nd opinion, was x-rayed on 11/28. X-rays were negative, however, physician did not release to work until 11/29/18. One day lost time.
