## Narrative

Employee was getting into a Bobcat XL 3400, when EE's left foot slipped out from under EE on slick salt.  EE's left foot slide under the chassis of the vehicle striking EE's left shin on the chassis creating a small cut and bruise.  At the time of the incident the employee refused medical attention.  The cut was cleaned and bandaged at the mine site.
