Narrative

Employee cut the bolts loose on a roller assembly and wiggled it free. When the roller assembly became free, it dropped down pinching employee's hand against a vertical upright edge of the drip tray that resulted in a laceration to the palm. Employee was evaluated at hospital where medical treatment was provided to close the wound.
