Employee was observing Haul Truck Dump from on top of the dump berm. 316 While climbing down the berm, when EE's foot touched the ground, EE's leg buckled causing EE to fall to the ground. In EE's attempt to catch self with EE's hands EE received a laceration to EE's left palm.
